Tornado Stabilization Direct Assistance Application

This application is used to determine eligibility for 2026 tornado stabilization assistance and identify the immediate barrier(s) that financial assistance can help removed. The goal is stabilization-not reimbursement for all tornado losses. Completing the application does not guarantee funding.

Low-barrier documentation: You do not need every document to apply. P.O.P. uses the least burdensome reasonable verification and may accept alternative verification when records were lost, destroyed, or are not reasonably available.

Application deadline: November 30, 2026. Late applications may be considered when extraordinary circumstances prevented timely application.
